Dickinson Place offers one bedroom apartments for those 62 years of age or older or those that are physically disabled and can benefit from a modified apartment. The maximum or market rent is $426.00 per month. Rental at less than market rent is subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Section 8 and Section 236 Rental Assistance programs.
